Car Weatherization Tips

  I recently heard about two really interesting car weatherization tips:

1)Anyone who hates scraping the ice and frost off their windshield will find this remedy really useful. Simply take a spray bottle and mix it 2 parts vinegar and 4 parts water, spray the windshield and all the windows on the car at night. The next morning when you are running late for work you won't have to worry about deicing your windshield.

2)For those of you who struggle with seeing through a foggy windshield on a muggy evening this tip is for you. Take shaving cream and a wash cloth out of the shower for a trip to the car. Apply a small amount of shaving cream onto the cloth and wipe the inside of the windshield. The shaving cream will prevent the smog from obstructing your vision.
