Health remedy/Blood Pressure

Who knew a common everyday vegetable could be credited for lowering blood pressure. 81% people who eat celery on  a regular basis are able to drastically cut back on their blood pressure meds. When celery is consumed it relaxes the muscles of  the arteries that regulate the blood pressure allowing the vessels to dilate and also reduces the stress hormones in the blood.
