Today on Dr. Oz he stressed the importance of omega 3 dha's in our diet. Omega 3 might just be what your body needs if you have any of the following symptoms: memory loss, soft/ brittle nails, itchy/dry skin. Dr. oz suggested if salmon is not a major part of your daily diet that using a 600 mg supplement of Omega 3 containing DHA is the way to get your health back on track.
